Work first
Start with a recurring business outcome, not a model or a fashionable interface.
About agents.sg
agents.sg is a Singapore-based practice for designing and building AI agents that move real work forward. We care less about autonomous theatre and more about dependable outcomes inside clear boundaries.
How we think
Start with a recurring business outcome, not a model or a fashionable interface.
Use the fewest permissions, integrations and moving parts the job requires.
Make decisions, evidence, exceptions and human responsibility understandable.
We work on agents for customer service, sales, operations, research and internal coordination. A project may include workflow design, approved-knowledge retrieval, system integrations, structured outputs, evaluations, approval gates and the operating view a team needs after launch.
Sometimes the honest answer is not an agent. A conventional automation may be more reliable for a fixed process, and an existing product may solve a common job better than custom software. We make that distinction early because maintainability matters more than novelty.
The most promising work has a clear owner, repeats often enough to matter and produces an outcome the business can evaluate. It also has boundaries: known sources, permitted actions and an identifiable point where a person should decide.
You do not need a technical specification to begin. Describe the work that keeps recurring, who handles it now, what information they use and where it tends to slow down or go wrong. We can use that to decide whether an agent is appropriate and what a safe first version would prove.
We do not publish invented case studies, generic ROI figures or a menu of one-size-fits-all agents. The right scope depends on the actual workflow, systems and risk. Email [email protected] with the job you want to examine.
How it works
A bounded, observable job beats a vague promise to transform the business.
Start with minimal permissions and expand only when performance supports it.
Make sources, actions, uncertainty and escalation understandable to operators.
Automation changes responsibility; it does not remove it.
